Duff is the Co-Founder & Managing Partner of East Hill Capital Partners, where he is responsible for the investment strategy and day-to-day management of the firm. 

 

Over the course of his career, Duff has been responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing over $2 billion of acquisitions, developments, and joint venture relationships. Prior to founding East Hill Capital Partners, Duff was a key member of the investment teams at Geolo Capital, the private equity investment arm of John A. Pritzker’s family office, and Harrison Street Real Estate.

Duff graduated from Cornell University’s Hotel School, receiving a concentration in (FARE) Finance, Accounting and Real Estate with a special concentration in Corporate Finance. While attending Cornell, Duff played varsity soccer for the Big Red as a defender and midfielder.
